Lifetime, Warranty and Service

Lifespan
ETA certified anchors have been assessed for their functionality for a service life of at least 50 years (in the case of the UC200-PLUS ULTRABOND even 100 years).

Guarantee
Equipment such as nail guns and binding machines is guaranteed for one year from date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

Service
For service on nail guns and binding machines, we refer you to the dealer where you purchased the device: the Dealer has Sympafix service forms available, so that maintenance or repairs can be carried out quickly and smoothly. After receipt of your Sympafix device, it will usually be overhauled / repaired and returned to your Dealer within 3 working days. For the full warranty conditions, please refer to article 11 of our general terms and conditions, as stated on the last 2 pages of our catalogue.
