Ordering 1 or more products
You can order via one of the Sympafix trading partners, or via our website. In the latter case, the goods will be delivered to you directly from our warehouse. Based on your zip code, some of our partners will be presented to you as a suggestion. Orders before 3 p.m. are usually shipped the same day.

In an emergency, it is also possible to collect products directly from our warehouse in Alkmaar, for example when your Sympafix dealer has insufficient stock. However, this is only possible after prior (telephone) consultation with and approval from Sympafix.

Returning 1 or more products
Return of products is only possible after written agreement with Sympafix. Products with an expiration date cannot be returned. For the full return conditions, please refer to article 13 of our general terms and conditions, as stated on the last 2 pages of our catalogue.
