When you join Sympafix, you work in a no-nonsense business environment with room for your own initiative.
You will have the opportunity to fulfill a function within a rapidly growing company. As a growing company, we work on our own development, but your own personal development is at least as important.
Of course, you will not be alone and you will work with a group of enthusiastic colleagues who will be happy to teach you all the tricks of the trade.
We want you to develop into a good salesperson. How do we teach you that?
- Product knowledge leads to product love. Every month we have a product training to sharpen knowledge and skills.
- We practice in theory and practice the 3 phases of a professional commercial customer conversation:
- Introduction; a good introduction makes the customer take time for what we want to tell and show. How do we best come in?
- Demonstration; nothing beats a good demonstration. Good demonstrations are something we must practice. How do we practice this?
- Wrapping up; a customer visit is only meaningful if there is a follow-up with a quote, pilot project or first order. How do we wrap up?
- Learning from each other: you regularly travel with colleagues, and colleagues with you. Not only do you get to know each other better, but you also get inspiration from the differences between yourself and your colleague.
- Trainings. We work on your personal development both within Sympafix and 'externally'.
