Field service employee Belgium (Flanders)

Function objective

• Demonstrating Sympafix products to contractors and construction companies
• Providing product demonstrations to construction professionals
• Supporting Sympafix customers on the construction site by providing advice on the application and processing of Sympafix products, tensile tests and service
• Supporting Sympafix dealers by jointly visiting (potential) users

Job description

• Visiting existing and potential customers for demonstrations and advice within target groups in the construction industry that are important to Sympafix
• Fast and competent processing of requests
• CRM
  • Administering agreements made
  • Follow up actions from visit reports and plan further actions if necessary
  • Maintain CRM data system and customer files based on work performed

Job profile

• Living in Flanders
• (Construction) technical training and/or experience in or with construction
• Good communication skills
• Cheerful attitude: problems do not exist, only solutions
• Curious by nature
